Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally considered final. 2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Technical failure: The product or service was inaccessible or non-functional due to a verified issue on our end that could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same product or subscription within the same billing period.

  • Subscription cancellation: For monthly or annual plans, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused time if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

 

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • You failed to cancel a subscription before the auto-renewal date.
  • The product was used, features were accessed, or credits were fully or partially redeemed.

4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

 

4.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Cancellations can be made at any time directly from your account settings.

4.2 Refunds on Renewals

Refunds for charges incurred on auto-renewal dates are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually. We encourage customers to cancel in advance if they do not intend to continue their subscription.

 

5. Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable rate. Charges incurred after a free trial expires are generally non-refundable unless a billing error occurred.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  • Your order ID or transaction reference number.
  • The date of purchase and the product or subscription involved.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting artiflow.ai to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team before pursuing a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and efficiently.

artiflow.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
